A MasterMind group brainstorms best practices and solutions to common business issues. The group holds the member accountable to do what they committed to do between sessions.A full independent engagement of our coaching services includes meeting the first, second, and third week of each month for 1 – 1.5 hours in person or using teleconference capabilities. Coaching at this frequency provides the greatest potential for growth and success. The week we are not coaching the client is encouraged to block off the same time period to work “on” the business just as they would if we were actually conducting a coaching session at that time. Our full engagement clients have unlimited access via email or telephone.For clients who are at a place in their business growth that meeting individually is the preferred approach, but on a less frequest basis, we offer the possibility to meet once or twice a month. Because change takes time this may delay the growth your business is looking for, but customizes programs to fit your budget.When you consider hiring a business coach, consider where you will be one year from now if you don’t!
